Our proprietary shared drive system allows us to store and share all of our REO files in a paperless environment, giving our team the ability to view each properties information in one shared space. Pictures, repair bids, BPOs, open offers, contract/closing documents as well as accounting documents are all shared allowing better communication across the team. Our proprietary platform has proven to be effective in work environments with as many as 400 total assets under management. Updates are immediate with notifications pushed down to the teams smart phone devices.

Marketing that Drives Results

Our solid plan of action also involves heavy marketing of the REO Assets, via multiple levels of internet marketing. We employ large sites such as Realtor.Com, Homes.Com, Trulia.Com, as well as almost 50 other largely populated websites. All of our listings get promoted on both our company Facebook page as well as all of our affiliated agent Facebook pages. In addition, we feature them on multiple MLS services across the State.

Asset managers typically manage assets in multiple markets. Having a centralized REO support team will allow our asset manager partners to leverage our relationship in multiple markets all while delivering consistent service. We combine a certified local REO agent with our administrative support team, allowing each team member to concentrate on their area of expertise, ultimately benefiting our Asset Manager Partners
