It provides a great resource that will analyze data as it affects the specific market area (county, city or neighborhood) that your clients are interested in. The graphs provide four different aspects of the real estate market. Two of the six graphs break out trends by price increments.

Set up your clients with a ValuationKinect® report that will be sent directly from you! It contains detailed information about properties currently for sale or that have recently sold which are comparable to the property that your client is inquiring about. The report is based on real time information from the regional Multiple Listing Service, combined with local market experience from one of our property valuation experts. This data will help your clients track and assess values and trends of properties that are comparable to your clients in their neighborhood.
